March’s Conscious Covets

March was a busy but great month. It flew by but I did have some time to try a few new things most of which I really fell for. Keep reading for my recent covets from the month of March!

Beyond Yoga has come out with some really great new spring legging colors. They’re shades of blue, green, and taupe and I hate to admit that I bought a set in each color. There’s nothing better than a fresh pair of leggings in a workout to make you feel motivated to get on your mat and get to work. The color I am wearing here is called Storm Heather in their signature (and softest!) Space Dye - these are my go to daily. Be sure to use my link for an automatic 20% off your order!

This new series on Apple TV is about the hunt for John Wilkes Booth who shot Abraham Lincoln. I did not know much about the story so have been loving this.

I am not even done with this book yet but I have to recommend it. I can’t stop reading this and have definitely lost some sleep over it.

I’ve been wanting to learn more about the art of massaging my face to help relax fine lines, lift my eyebrows and destress. It’s only been a few days but you know what? I am seeing a difference! My eyebrows/eye lids really do look better! I always hesitated to even try this because it sounds like it takes a long time. After the first time I tried this I quickly got into a rhythm and it now in 5 minutes or so I see a big difference! Not to mention, it feels really good and has been a great way to relax tension in my face, neck, and shoulders.

These ice pops have such fun flavors and a slim ingredient list. While they do have cane sugar in them, there’s no filler, artificial colors, or other junk that has no place in our food. This flavor is strawberry basil and has only strawberries, sea salt, basil, water, and cane sugar. You can custom order any flavor arrangement based on your home’s preferences. We will definitely be stocking up for summer!

I made this for Easter dinner last weekend and it was SO GOOD. I used fresh clams and made my own clam broth by steaming the clams first before I went into the rest of the recipe. This is an easy step that doesn’t take long and highly recommend doing so! We used baby San Marzano Tomatoes and wow did they make a difference. If you have a special dinner coming up, I highly recommend this dish!

I’ve been adding this to my tea at night and wow does it work. If you need to feel a bit of chill but don’t want a hangover or to feel like a sloth, this is your go to. You can’t taste it in a big cup of tea and it gives you the sense of relax you need after a long day.

I hope this list gives you a bit of inspiration as we move full swing into spring! If you give any of these a try be sure to tag me on Instagram @AshleyPattenPilates and/or comment below!

xx, Ashley
