Conscious Reading: The Book Edit

I love to read

And have my whole life. It’s my favorite way to relax and unwind my mind. You also get to learn something new and feel in a different, deeper way through the characters you meet. One day, I’d love to start a book club. Until then, keep reading for an ever growing list of books I’ve read or listened to and loved.



I hope you enjoy these books as much as I have! In the summer because I drive so much living in Montauk I have listened to some of these and others I have read. Each night when I get into bed I read sometimes even 2-3 pages to help my mind and body relax and unwind. It’s truly the best way to put your day away and get ready to sleep.
