April’s Conscious Covets

April showers bring May flowers they say. I don’t know about where you live but NYC was so rainy in April! Towards the end of the month the weather finally started to feel more like spring. We are finally to May, the sun is shining, the flowers are blooming and I think we are finally past the wet, grey skies. This being said April was a great month and I am sharing all the things I found and am currently coveting below…

Beyond Yoga continues to be my forever fav. It’s the softest and feels the most comfortable which in my book is most important. The color I am wearing here is called Birch Heather which is a perfect neutral to layer with. Their Space Dye series is my go to daily. Be sure to use my link for an automatic 20% off your order!

These are SO GOOD and the perfect crunchy chocolatey snack. I haven’t been able to find them in a store so have been ordering them in packs of 6 straight from their site to have on hand. They’re gluten free, grain free, and made with better for you ingredients. I love their colored candies as well and use them for when I make my Monster Cookies.

You will not be able to stop reading this book! It’s so good, definitely twisted, and a great follow up to “The Women” if you read that. There’s some tough topics covered like trauma and sexual abuse but it’s also a story of connection and coming into one’s self. This would make for a great mini series or movie. Highly recommend!

I’ve been doing the body roll’r for about 2 years and while this isn’t a “new” favorite I decided it’s time to share the love. There’s a fantastic regeneration space around the corner from where I live called Stretch’d. They have 2 NYC locations and I’m sure that if you don’t live in NYC, there’s something similar near you! You can search “body roller/lymphatic drainage” and you will find what you need!

Adding minerals to my day to day has been a game changer for me. If you feel depleted, low or anxious you could be feeling adrenal fatigue as a result of being low in minerals. My friend and IHP introduced this brand to me and it’s full of good for you ingredients and NO “natural flavors” or other junk we don’t need.

Sambas are all the rage right now. They’re equally chic as they are functional in my opinion. As someone who wears a lot of athletic wear having a strong sneaker game for me is like business casual for those who work in an office. I found these on Farfetch and love the color.

I hope this list gives you a bit of inspiration as we move full swing into spring! If you give any of these a try be sure to tag me on Instagram @AshleyPattenPilates and/or comment below!

xx, Ashley
